Shopping
The production of enstol furniture starts in our factory after the order is placed. The production takes about 1-2 months.
1. Order
Please select the size, species, etc., and place your order. You will receive an auto-reply e-mail, please check the contents.
2. Confirmation of order details
After confirming your order, our staff will send you an "Order Confirmation" e-mail. We will inform you of the approximate delivery schedule at that time. If you wish to have optional processing, etc., we will also inform you of the corrected price.
3. Manufacturing
We will carefully manufacture the product at our factory.
(Production will be done after payment is confirmed.)
4. Notification of completion date
We will contact you by e-mail as soon as we know when the product is scheduled to be completed.
5. Delivery of products
After inspection by our staff, the product will be branded as a proof of enstol's originality and shipped to the customer.
You can use credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB) for payment.
We are sorry, but we are unable to accept gift wrapping.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations
All our original furniture is made to order. We are sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations after payment for the product has been made.

When ordering large-sized furniture such as sofas, etc., please check the delivery route (size of elevator, entrance door, interior door, etc.) of your location and consult us in advance to see if it is possible to carry in the furniture.
All original furniture is made to order. We are sorry, but we are unable to accept delivery date and time.
For deliveries outside Japan, you will be responsible for any customs duties depending on your country or region. Please pay directly to the shipping company or customs. The terms and conditions differ depending on the country / region of the delivery destination, so please contact the competent authority for details.
