These Terms and Conditions of Use set forth the terms and conditions of use of the online store offered by enstol Co., Ltd. ("enstol" or "we") . on this website. Users are requested to use the Service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
1. Application
These terms and conditions shall apply to all relationships between the user and the Company relating to the use of the Service.
2. Membership Registration
Membership registration is completed when a prospective member applies for membership in the manner specified by the Company and the Company notifies the prospective member of its approval of the application.
The Company may not approve a membership application if it determines that the applicant has any of the following reasons. The Company shall have no obligation to disclose the reasons for such refusal.
・When false information is reported in the application for user registration
・If the application is from a person who has violated these terms and conditions

3. Management of E-mail Addresses and Passwords
Users may register their name, address, and contact information by registering as a member.
The User shall manage the e-mail address and password registered with the Service at his/her own risk.
The User may not, under any circumstances, transfer or lend his/her e-mail address and password to any third party or share them with any third party. When a user logs in with an e-mail address and password combination that matches the registered information, we will consider the use of the e-mail address to be by the registered user himself/herself.

4. Purchase Agreement
A purchase agreement for the Service shall be formed when a user makes a purchase application to the Company and the Company notifies the user that it has accepted the application. Ownership of the product shall be transferred to the user when the Company delivers the product to the delivery company.
In the event that any of the following circumstances applies to the user, the Company may cancel the purchase agreement described in the preceding paragraph without prior notice to the user.

・In the event that the delivery of goods is not completed due to an unknown delivery address or long-term absence of the customer.
・When the Company finds that the relationship of trust between the Company and the User has been damaged.
The method of payment, delivery, cancellation of purchase orders, return of goods, etc., related to the Service shall be in accordance with the method separately determined by us.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Copyrights or other intellectual property rights to product photos and other content provided by the Service are the property of the Company, content providers, or other legitimate rights holders, and users may not reproduce, reprint, modify, or make any other secondary use of such content without permission.
6. Prohibitions
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service.
If a user violates these rules and causes damage to the Company or a third party, said user shall be liable for all damages incurred by the Company or the third party.

・Actions related to criminal acts
・Actions that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights contained in this service.

・Other acts that we deem inappropriate.
7. Suspension of Provision of the Service, etc.

16. Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations
You may not assign your position under the Subscriber Agreement or your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions to any third party or offer them as security without our prior written consent.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this service.
In the event of any dispute arising in connection with the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction.
